Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

» Order will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business day (monday-friday)

» If incorrect mailing addresses provided, Studio0970 will not be held liable / responsible for lost or incorrect packages due to incorrect mailing addresses provide. Orders will be shipped to the address that is provided.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you notice that you put in the wrong address after placing order and we have not shipped it yet, we will update your address so please let us know right away. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you have provided you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Unfortunately, Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders at our expense.

» Once your order is processed & shipped within the time frame and in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control. If any problems occur please contact your local post office.
